The Accuramatic Mk7 is our current model, a versatile peristaltic dispensing pump which is ideal for laboratory use and small-scale industrial applications. The design combines superior accuracy with simplicity of operation, resulting in a robust and reliable machine.
The pump can be used in either manual or automatic mode, activated by the front panel dose button or footswitch, or interfaced to receive a signal from other equipment. Data can also be imported from a PC via an RS232 link.
Filling times (to 1/100 sec) and interval times are selected by the operator and automatically saved in memory. When switched on, the program loads the most recent time settings, ready to recommence filling.

Our standard range of tubing sizes (from 1mm to 8mm bore) allows volumes from 1ml to 2.5 litres to be filled to an accuracy of +0.5%.
There are three breaking options to suit a variety of media, giving a fast stop, a slow, unbr /aked stop or a stop with reverse flow. This enables effective handling of normal and low surface tension or low viscosity products.
Cleaning and sterilisation are both straightforward. The liquid is handled in one uninterrupted length of tubing so tubing changes are quick and simple and cross-contamination easily prevented. The stainless steel casework and membrane front panel facilitate cleaning/sterilisation.

The Mk7 is compact, taking up minimal bench space. The pump rotation can be clockwise or anticlockwise, and the head position is adjustable, allowing the dispenser to fit in with any preferred laboratory layout.

This dispenser is ideal for use in wide range of applications and environments. Microbiology and bacteriology laboratories use it to dispense media, reagents and diluents, it is also useful for sterile products and pharmaceuticals. Many of our dispensers are used in small packaging processes, particularly for aromatherapy and perfume products. Simple interfacing makes it easy to include one of these machines as the filling element in a packing line. An RS232 interface allows the dose filling time to be changed or set remotely if required.
